When a person dies without a spouse, children or living parents, a genealogical reconstruction must be realized to locate relatives who qualify as beneficiaries of his or her estate. That’s why, in some cases, the beneficiaries do not have a close relationship with the deceased or were simply unaware of their existence. Genealogical research makes it possible to locate them.
